📦 Can I get a tracking number?
Yes! Every order includes tracking. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email within 1–4 business days after placing your order.
🏠 I entered the wrong shipping address. What can I do?
If your order hasn’t been fulfilled yet, we may be able to update the address.
Please email us at hello@hellocapi.com with your Order # and the correct address as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, we’re not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses if the order has already been processed.
😕 There’s an issue with my order!

📬 My order says “delivered,” but I didn’t receive anything
Sometimes packages are marked as delivered before they are actually dropped off.
Please wait 48 hours and check with neighbors or your local post office.
If it still doesn’t arrive, contact your courier (e.g. USPS, DHL) to file a missing mail claim.
If the carrier confirms an error in writing, send us the documentation and we’ll do our best to help.
Note: We’re unable to file claims with carriers on your behalf at this time.
🕵️♂️ I think my package was stolen!
We understand how frustrating this can be.
Unfortunately, we’re not liable for stolen or missing packages after they’ve been marked as delivered, unless you purchased Shipping Protection during checkout.
We can only offer replacements or refunds for:
• Orders that are lost in transit (not marked as delivered within 7+ days after the estimated delivery)
• Orders that are returned to sender
